Olivado
Olivado avocado oil has a rich, soft and tender taste from Hass avocados that curled over salads gives a good and pleasant taste. It is heat stable, and therefore excellent for cocking and frying. Especially fish and seafood is well suited for Olivado avocado oil, adding a delicious taste.
Olivado is cold pressed below 50 degrees. It is rich in monounsaturated fat and also high in Q10 coenzymes, important for promoting our heart health and immune system.
Compared with olive oil (190 degrees), Olivado avocado oil offers a higher smoke- and frying point around 235 degrees.
